Yep, all of the following are unnecessary to start shooting weddings and move your photography business forward:

All of these things…they may make you feel more like you’re a “real” photographer, but they don’t actually add anything to your business.

❌ I’ve never had a couple ask to see my studio, or ask to shoot their engagement session there.
❌ I’ve never lost a wedding because I shoot alone.
❌ I’ve never had a couple ask if I’ve ever won any awards.
❌ I’ve never had a couple ask about what gear I use.
❌ And my wedding photography Insta profile…less than a thousand followers.

But year after year I hit my capacity for bookings and typically stay booked out 18 months or more in advance. Because wedding photography is not about any of those things.

There is a lot of mystique that shrouds wedding photography to outsiders and makes it look inaccessible. One of the biggest blocks for rookies in this career is how scary it looks when you don’t have the experience. I want to help you get past that.
